Jack Richardson serves as Vice President of Sales at Nexeo, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, driving both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Since joining the company in 2023 as Regional Vice President, Jack has played a key role in scaling operations across Southern Utah, Nevada, and Texas, with a strong emphasis on service quality and customer experience.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in the staffing industry, Jack has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering consistent results. His background spans sales, operations, and regional leadership roles, enabling him to align client needs with effective workforce solutions.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Arkansas and began his career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Today, he is instrumental in advancing Nexeo’s growth strategy and strengthening long-term client partnerships.
