Kelly Wilkinson is a business leader and workforce strategist with more than 30 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales leadership, and human capital solutions. As Regional Vice President of Nexeo Staffing, he has helped grow the company from a startup to more than $60 million in annual revenue while leading sales and workforce initiatives throughout Utah.

Throughout his career, Kelly has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, creating long-term client partnerships, and helping businesses solve workforce challenges. His expertise includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, business development, HR consulting, and operational growth across manufacturing, construction, logistics, warehousing, skilled trades, and professional services industries. Having worked in recruiting, sales, management, and executive leadership, he brings a practical, results-driven approach to helping organizations achieve their goals.

Kelly is passionate about leadership, relationship building, and creating opportunities that benefit both employers and employees. He enjoys mentoring professionals, supporting workforce development, and helping businesses navigate today's changing labor market.

Kelly has been happily married to his wife, Tanya, for 32 years. Together they have four sons, three daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren, with a seventh on the way. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, camping, fishing, and making memories with those he loves most.
