Kristina Peterson

Regional Vice President

Kristina Peterson is the Regional Vice President at Nexeo HR “Nexeo” where she oversees sales operations throughout Northern Utah. She is responsible for developing high-performing teams, supporting branch growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional service to customers. Kristina works closely with executive leadership to share best practices across regions.

Since joining Nexeo in 2012, Kristina has held progressively responsible leadership roles, including Branch Leader, Regional Manager, and Regional Vice President. She opened Nexeo’s Logan branch and successfully grew it from a one-person office into one of Nexeo’s largest offices.

Prior to joining Nexeo, Kristina served as a National & International Account Representative and Marketing Coordinator for JJ Cole Collections, a boutique juvenile products brand.

Kristina is passionate about investing in people and helping both employees and customers achieve their goals. She believes the work Nexeo does creates meaningful opportunities by connecting individuals with rewarding careers and providing businesses with the talent needed to grow and succeed.

Kristina earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University in 2011.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, running, and snow skiing. She can often be found cheering on the Utah State Aggies and supporting the people and communities that have played an important role in her journey.
