Tiffany Murphy is the Vice President of Operations at Nexeo HR (“Nexeo”), a leading workforce solutions company providing staffing, recruiting, and workforce management services across multiple markets. Since joining Nexeo in 2019, Tiffany has been instrumental in optimizing operational performance, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and building the infrastructure needed to support scalable growth. She focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality service while leading teams that drive efficiency and exceptional client outcomes.

Prior to joining Nexeo, Tiffany spent over 20 years at Kelly Services, where she held leadership roles as Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Operations Manager. During her tenure, she led high-performing teams, managed branch operations, and drove process improvements that enhanced service delivery and operational effectiveness. Her deep industry experience and leadership background continue to play a key role in advancing Nexeo’s operational excellence and growth strategy.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and traveling together. She and her husband are foodies who love trying new restaurants and discovering great meals. She also enjoys being outdoors and taking time to relax, recharge, and enjoy life’s simple moments.
