{"id":81,"date":"2021-11-10T23:30:36","date_gmt":"2021-11-10T23:30:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nexeohr.com\/blog\/?p=81"},"modified":"2022-01-07T00:24:55","modified_gmt":"2022-01-07T00:24:55","slug":"staffing-worst-practices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nexeohr.com\/blog\/staffing-worst-practices\/","title":{"rendered":"Staffing \u2013 Worst Practices"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In a previous blog, we\u00a0talked\u00a0about\u00a0the best practices\u00a0in the staffing industry, but what are the\u00a0practices\u00a0you should avoid?\u00a0Below are a few staffing practices we think you should\u00a0avoid or\u00a0click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nexeohr.com\/blog\/staffing-best-practices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>\u00a0to learn about the best staffing practices.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Not contacting&nbsp;ALL&nbsp;your leads<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Some jobs&nbsp;will have dozens,&nbsp;if not hundreds of applicants, which can make it difficult to contact everyone.&nbsp;However, this also means you can&nbsp;lose&nbsp;out on great candidates&nbsp;even if they are not a good fit for that specific job because they will be a good fit for at least one.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Not Retargeting&nbsp;or Remarketing<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The practice of retargeting or&nbsp;remarketing&nbsp;is&nbsp;contacting leads again after they have completed an assignment,&nbsp;been&nbsp;contacted,&nbsp;and not responded to, and so on.&nbsp;Basically, you&nbsp;are letting them know you are still there and interested.&nbsp;If you are not doing this, you are losing out on&nbsp;potential&nbsp;job placements&nbsp;all because the worker&nbsp;probably just&nbsp;forgot about you.
