Shaun White

Chief Executive Officer

Shaun White is the Chief Executive Officer of Nexeo HR (“Nexeo”), a leading workforce solutions company providing staffing, recruiting, and workforce management services across multiple markets. Since joining Nexeo in 2016, Shaun has been instrumental in the company’s growth, helping expand operations, strengthen customer partnerships, and build the infrastructure necessary to support scalable growth.

Prior to becoming CEO in April 2026, Shaun served as Nexeo’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, leading the company’s financial strategy, operational execution, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives. Today, he focuses on driving growth, expanding into new markets, and developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results for clients and employees alike.

Before joining Nexeo, Shaun worked at Extra Space Storage, where he managed large investment portfolios and supported the integration of acquisitions during a period of rapid growth.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utah Valley University and an MBA from the University of Utah.

Outside of work, Shaun enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and giving back to his community through volunteer work with local 501(c)(3) organizations. A passionate motorcycle enthusiast, he enjoys both riding and connecting with others who share the same interest.
