Stephanie Zander
Senior Manager of Human Resources
Stephanie Zander is the Senior HR Manager at Nexeo HR (“Nexeo”), where she oversees key human resources functions that support the company’s employees, operations, and continued growth. Since joining Nexeo in 2009, Stephanie has played an integral role in developing and strengthening the organization’s HR programs and processes.
Throughout her career at Nexeo, Stephanie has held progressively responsible roles within the Human Resources department. In her current position, she leads initiatives related to employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, and workers’ compensation management. She has extensive expertise in workers’ compensation and workplace safety programs, overseeing claims administration, safety initiatives, compliance, and risk management. Her strategic approach has contributed to significant reductions in workers’ compensation costs while maintaining a strong commitment to employee well-being and regulatory compliance.
Stephanie has also standardized HR processes and supported the company’s expansion into multiple states, helping create scalable systems that support continued growth.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah Tech University and maintains both Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, cheering them on and keeping up with their busy schedules. When she’s not at a sporting event or activity, she can often be found reading a good book, taking a walk, skiing with her family, or relaxing at her family’s ranch. She’s also a firm believer that few things are better than a crisp Diet Coke.
